Abstract: 
In this thesis I managed to point out the issues related to retreating from savings and actions in the Islamic jurisprudence and its consequences. Therefore it is considered as a jurisprudence comparison study, depending on old Islamic jurisprudence doctrine references. The main issues: First : Retreating judgment. Second: When retreat is allowed & when It's not. Third : Retreating methods. Forth : The responsibility lays for retreating. Fifth : When behaviors considered as a retreat & when it's not.
