Abstract: 
Abstract Arabic dictionaries occupy a significant place among the different Arabic language books; they are the sole source from which people get what knowledge in language, grammar, morphology, Hadith, literature, history, and figures people of the past have left for them. This study focuses on discussing expressions of quantity in Arabic with respect to their structure, their morphological weight, their meanings, in addition to the application of a number of linguistic issues on these expressions such as synonymy, homonymy, the Arabized and the intruder expressions. This study consists of three chapters. In the first one, the researcher discussed the majority of quantity expressions in Arabic with respect to their meaning and the evidences that occurred and were related to these expressions. In the second chapter, the researcher studied these expressions from a morphological perspective, while in the third chapter she focused on applying a number of linguistic issues on these expressions and terms. At the end of her study, the researcher presented the main results and recommendations of this study.
