Abstract: 
The purpose of this study was to investigate the level of psychological skills amongst volleyball players in the west bank-Palestine. In addition, to determine the differences in the level of psychological skills according to degree of club, experience in playing, qualification, the main task of the team, and international participations variables amongst players. The random sample consisted of (113) players of volleyball players in the West Bank from prime, first & second club degrees. The researcher carried out the scale of (Mahoney.1987)for psychological skills to determine the psychological level of skills . The results of the study revealed the following: - The psychological skills of volleyball players in the West Bank was high on the total score of the scale, motivation, psychological Preparation & team emphasis, where the percentage of response on the total score was (70.76%), team emphasis was the highest level (77.70 %) and confidence was the lowest level (65.27%). -No statistically significant differences at the level of significance (a = 0.05) between the psychological skills of volleyball players in the West Bank & club degree in variables anxiety control, psychological Preparation & concentration. - There were statistically significant differences at the level of significance (a = 0.05) between the psychological skills of volleyball players in the West Bank & club degree in variables motivation, confidence, team emphasis & total score of scale in favor of the prime degree. -No statistically significant differences at the level of significance (a = 0.05) between the psychological skills of volleyball players in the West Bank & experience in playing in variables motivation, confidence, psychological Preparation, team emphasis & the total score of scale. - There were statistically significant differences at the level of significance (a = 0.05) between the psychological skills of volleyball players in the West Bank & experience in variables anxiety control & concentration in favor of the long experience players. -No statistically significant differences at the level of significance (a = 0.05) between the psychological skills of volleyball players in the West Bank & qualification in all study dependant variables. -No statistically significant differences at the level of significance (a = 0.05) between the psychological skills of volleyball players in the West Bank & club the main task of the team in all study dependant variables. -No statistically significant differences at the level of significance (a = 0.05) between the psychological skills of volleyball players in the West Bank & international participation in variables confidence, psychological Preparation, concentration& the total score of scale. - There were statistically significant differences at the level of significance (a = 0.05) between the psychological skills of volleyball players in the West Bank & international participation in variables motivation in favor of & international Participants, anxiety control in favor of non international Participants and team emphasis in favor of & international Participants. Based on the results of the study, the researcher recommended to generalize these results to design scale of Psychological Skills for volleyball players in Palestine.
