The researcher adopted the descriptive, analytical reseasch in his study through data collection from its major and minor resources. The data collected was through a questionnaire prepared and conducted for this purpose and it was distributed to the study society and the reseascher utilised statistical analytical programme (spss) in analyzing data and testing the hypotheses. Available and efficient in the companies listedin Palestine stock market, but it requires furthen development and follow up of all the incipient related to applying governance note and explaining its concept accurately. It was also recommended that the Palestine companies listed in Palestine stock market to rise the standard of applying the norms of gavernance note in order to give the investors good trust and to motivate them to invest in these companies and to create better awareness of governance cutture widely for companies and toissue leaflets and booklets related to this.
