Abstract:
The aim of this study was to identify the impact of the use of coordinative elements on some physical and skill variables among youth soccer team in Palestine, to achieve this goal study was conducted on a sample of (24) soccer player of the youth team from Paces Institution in Tulkarm. The sample was distributed randomly and equally into two groups (the experimental and control group). An empirical research of two groups was conducted over (8) weeks, three training sessions a week.
Before and after the implementation of the training program, physical variables tests were conducted, these variables are (speed, agility, flexibility and endurance), and skill variables tests including (scrolling, and the sense of the ball, running with the ball, and the accuracy of scoring, and hitting the ball with the head for the farthest distance). The researcher used statistical packages Program (spss) to analyze the results.
After making the necessary statistical treatments study concluded that the proposed training program has affected all the variables under study, and with a significance level between the two pre and post measurements and in favor of telemetric, and the percentage of change were as follows: Speed (9.105%), and Fitness (9.326%), and flexibility (104.166%), and endurance (10.370%), and scrolling (125.786%), sensation (36.820%), running the ball (6.527%), and the accuracy of the scoring (95.471%), and hitting the ball with the head for the farthest distance (% 37.174).
Results of the study also showed that the traditional or regular training program had affected all the variables under study with a significance level between the two pre and post measurements and in favor of the post evaluation, and the percentages of change were as follows: Speed (4.038%), Fitness (2.274%), flexibility (37.189%), endurance (2.44%), and scrolling (60.009%), and the sense of the ball (4.979%), running with the ball (0.352%), the accuracy of scoring (35.310 %), and hitting the ball with head for the farthest distance (8.984%).
The study has finally showed significant differences between the experimental group and the control group in favor of the experimental group.
The researcher recommended the use of the proposed training program in developing physical and basic skills of the youth soccer players in Palestine.
