Abstract: 
The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between Sportsmanship and Emotional Intelligence among high level team sports players in West Bank-Palestine The purpos of this study was to determine the level of sportsmanship and emotional intelligence among high level team sports players in West Bank-Palestine,, and the relationship between them. In addition to determine the differences in the level of sportsmanship and emotional intelligence among high level team sports players in West Bank-Palestine according to the game variable. To achieve these purposes, the study was conducted on a sample of (220) soccer, volleyball, basketball and handball players. For measuring sportsmanship (Robert et Robert, etal, 1997) (25) items scale was used, and for measuring emotional intelligence of Alsaye and Abdasameea (2002) (58) items scale was used.. To answer the questions of the study means, percentages, standard deviation, Pearson correlation coefficient, One-Way ANOVA test , and Tukeys post-hoc test were used. The results of the study indecated the following: - The level of sportsmanship among high level team sports players in West Bank-Palestine was high, where the percentage of response was (71.8%), and the level was high on all domains except the negative approach towards sports domain , the highest level was of respect for social traditions domain (79.20%), and the lowest level was for a negative approach towards the sport domain (60.40%). - The level of emotional intelligence has players teams games collective levels top sports in the West Bank was high on the total score and all areas, exception of the area of compassion, where the percentage of response on the total score to (73%) had the highest level of the organization agitation (75.80% ) and the lowest level of empathy (69.20%). - There were a significant differences at ( ≤ 0.05) in the level of sportsmanship due to the game variable, and the majority of the differences in the all domains and total score of sportsmanship was between (football, basketball, handball) and volleyball players infavor of (football, basketball, handball), and the differences were not among soccer, basketball, and handball players, the best level of the sportsmanship was for basketball players. - There were a significant differences at ( ≤ 0.05) in the level of level of emotional intelligence due to the game variable, and the majority of the differences in the all domains and total score of emotional intelligence was between (football, basketball, handball) and volleyball players infavor of (football, basketball, handball), and the differences were not among soccer, basketball, and handball players, the best level of the emotional intelligence was for basketball players. Based on the finfings of the study, the researcher recommended the coaches to confirm on sportsmanship amonge players through accept winning and losing, respect for the laws and regulations of sports, and to avoid harm and abuse of others.
