The Special Legitimate Defense (the payment of an Al Sael in the Islamic jurisprudence (A Study Compared to the Law)

Then This research is part of Islamic law (Rules of special excuses in worships comparative study in Islamic doctrines through which it's shown that the exit of impurities repeatedly in certain type of people especially women and patients whose excuse continues for more than one time of complete pray and because Islamic Religion is the religion of easiness and simplicity, therefore those people where out of difficulties and blames. More than one verse from Holy Koran and many Hadiths had supported the idea of Islamic simplicity:- "Allah doth not wish to place you in difficulty, but to make you clean, and to complete his favour to you, that ye may be grateful" "Alma'edah, 6""Allah intends every facility for uou. He doesn't want to put you to difficulties" " Alabama, 185 ". The prophet Mohammad said: " The religion is so easy and anybody enter with difficulty must be overcome. And He said: "Unless I make difficult for my nation I'll command them to Sewak with each pray. Our God forgive woman with dysfunctional uterine bleeding that continues for long time by making bath each menses, then making  ablution for every pray time, she also could do any worship as reading Koran, and Twaf, …… etc. The patients who suffer from continuous events as urine incontinence and fluid incontinence, must take precautions in purity and to allow impurities to exit during prays as could as possible in order not to allow these impurities to reach bodies or clothes. Some other people were affected with epistaxes, their bleeding  pernose continues more than time of pray, were allowed by God to do ablution for each pary after making pack in their nostrils, and they were also allowed to perform praying at any position they could do. Those were overcome by vomiting during pray or out of pray, if amount of vomit filled the mouth or more, they would make other ablution and continues their praying. Some people were exposed to car accidents and in need for surgical operation. Some others may expose to work injuries e.g.: cut fingers or gun shot in any part of their bodies or sword bite during Jehad, or burns in any parts of their bodies or wounds, all those were not blamed if they didn't make ablution by using water especially those who had cut wound or burns in most of their bodies. They could perform Tayammom after removing blood or pus out their bodies or clothes as they could as possible and very were not blamed on little impurities and could pray according their abilities and conditions; If they couldn't stand, they could pray in sitting position or even by moving their heads. Omar Ibn EL-Khattab had prayed while his wound bled vigorously before his death and after being stabbed. And those who are doing Tawaf in Omara or Hajj must take precautions not to impurify the mosque during their worshipping. And in short we can say: Islamic Religion is the religion of simplicity and easiness, and accordingly I write this research for whom they get benefit asking God to accept. Islamic provision holds forgiveness and ease, mitigation and lifting the embarrassment to suit the conditions of the people and introduce them at all times, so it gained applicability at all.
