Abstract: 
The study aimed to identify the relationship between the level of administrative performance and the level of administrative creativity of members of the governing bodies of sports clubs in the West Bank. In addition to determine the differences according to qualification and specialization. The study sample consisted of 282 members of the administrative body in sports clubs representing 35% of the study population. To collect data, the researcher developed two study tools. One relates to administrative performance and is composed of(39) items distributing in to four domains (planning , organization and coordination, guidance and control, and communication and decision-making). The second tool relates to administrative creativity; it consisted of (38) items distributing in to four domains, namely (promoting creativity, problem-solving and decision-making, vulnerability to change the field, and risk-taking). The study results showed that the level of administrative performance of the members of the governing bodies of sports clubs in the West Bank was high (74.93%), and the level of their administrative creativity was moderate (71.23% ) .The results of the study also showed a positive correlation and found statistically significant differences at (α= 0.05) between the administrative performance and managerial creativity level of these members. The correlation coefficient was high (0.84).The researcher also found statistically significant differences at (α= 0.05) in the level of administrative performance of the members of the governing bodies of sports clubs in the West Bank due to the qualification and specialization variables. Furthermore, the results showed statistically significant differences(α= 0.05) at level of administrative creativity in all domainsespecially in administrative creativity due to the qualification and specialization. Based om the study findingsThe researcher recommended to urge the relevant authorities and to offer the governing bodies intensivetraining courses in order to raise the level of management performance and the need to constantly encourage management innovation of the members of the governing bodies in these sports clubs.
