Abstract: 
The purpose of this present study was to identify the relationship between the financial income satisfaction and performance level of the professional soccer players in the West Bank according to the players point of view، and identifying the differences the relationship level between the financial income satisfaction and performance level of the professional soccer players in the West Bank according to the geographical area change , playing center , playing experience , participation in the team and monthly income، The researcher used the descriptive approach because of its appropriateness to the nature of the study.This study was composed of (246) players who spread over (12) clubs. However، the study sample includes (146) players playing in (12) clubs which forms the percentage of (55%) of the whole study. Actually, the researcher used the questioner as a method of collecting data and information. Data collected was analyzedusing (SPSS). This study has finally shownthat financial income contributed to the improvement of the performance level of professional soccer players in West Bank. The researcher recommended the following: First, the creation of sports institutions and spreading them on the professional teams to guarantee good infrastructure for the application of professionalism. Second، all the clubs should stick to pay wages and salaries on time according to the contracts terms and conditions. Finally, all the clubs should stick to the professionality system to improve players quality and performance.
