Abstract: 
The present study aimed at identifying level of tactical thinking among professional soccer players in West Bank , and to explore how varied is the tactical thinking level among the players through between aggressive and defensive positions , and to explore how varied is the tactical thinking level by study variables (different playing positions and the years of experience). The study was conducted on a sample consisted of (48) soccer players selected from four clubs in the professionals league in West Bank, and these clubs are (Helal Al-Quds, Balata Centre, Tulkarm cultural club and Tulkarm centre). To measure the level of tactical thinking the researchers used the descriptive approach by using (10) aggressive positions and (10) defensive positions, which were tested for validity and reliability. The finding showed moderate level of tactical thinking among professional soccer players in west Bank , and that there were no statistical significant differences at (0,05=α) on tactical level thinking among professional soccer players in West Bank through the aggressive and defensive positions, and there were no differences on tactical thinking level that attributed to the study variables (years of experience and the different playing positions). According to the results and conclusions of the study, the researcher recommends that the soccer coaches in West Bank have to take care of the tactical and mental preparation of the players to develop the level of tactical thinking among players to achieve the highest physical levels.
