Abstract: 
This study talk about the Islamic instrument as an Islamic tool in order to engage it in the Palestinian financial market. The study provides a legal suggestion for the Islamic instrument in the light of the Islamic related laws in the nearby countries. This study aims at studying the expected effect for issuing such laws on the related parties. These parties in clued the Islamic banks, the capital market, and it also includes the investors and economic. The ANOVA test was to check the study variables. The study has reached the following general results: Issuing a new law for the Islamic instrument will highly develop the Islamic bank work. I will also develop the capital market boy. In addition, it will wildly provide the investors with the opportunity to improve their investments and find the suitable income for their exchange either politically, socially or economically. On the other hand, issuing this law wont develop the financial market work. According to these results, the researcher recommends the following: Issuing a new law regarding the Islamic instrument because it highly affects the development of the Palestinian financial work. The study also recommends setting up special Islamic financial establishments and finding the organizing laws for its work. It also recommends that its very important for improving the awareness of the Islamic financial deals in so cities and setting up a new financial legal legislations, especially for the Islamic financial work in order to improve the dealers knowledge in the Islamic financial field, it also recommends the importance to rein structure the public establishments in Palestine in order to be able to envolve the Islamic financial tools
