Abstract:
This study aims to identify The Effect of the Proposed Training Program of the visual training on the performance level of Palestinian soccer female team, the study targeted (40) players for the (18-23) year old whom were divided into two groups, trial group (15) players and standard group (15) players as well, the trial group underwent the suggested visual training practice program implemented by the researcher, where as the standard group of players underwent the traditional program. The researcher utilized the trial methodology for suiting the nature of the study and achieving the targeted goals.(5) skill based tests were conducted before implementing the proposed training program. SPSS application was used to analyze data. After processing the data it has been shown the positive effect of the visual training program on the skill performance level for the trial group as they have surpassed their peers of the standard group in every selected variables , in addition that the visual training program led to the improvement of visual capabilities as well as the skills performance level of the Palestinian national women’s soccer team, in which the results have shown differences with statistical indicators with the indication level at (≤ 0.05 a)between the before and after measurements for the trial group participants in favor of after measurement in every variables (control, shot, accuracy test, directing the ball by head, direct ball kicks, long pass accuracy) in which the percentage in change was (32.5%, 33.10%, 75.61%, 36.69%, 38.42%) consecutively, also shown in the study results is that there were no differences with statistical indicators with indicator level being (≤ 0.05 a)between the before and after measurements for participants of the standard group except in one variables (control), in which the changes percentage was (7.14%).
The researcher referred to the importance of paying attention to visual training examinations of soccer in for all age groups and genders especially the Palestinian national soccer teams, as well as the importance of activating the role of visual training practices through developing the coaches experience by providing them the necessary information and training exercises.
