Abstract: 

The main concern of this study is to investigate the impact of the indirect foreign investment upon the Palestinian public shareholding companies listed at PSE and it is profitability. To do so, 7 questionaires were distributed to the General Managers of brokarage companies, and 24 questionaires for all the listed companies at PSE. Data were processed statically through some statistical indicators, averages, percentages, and T- test for two independent samples. Data were collected depending on what is available at PSE and brokerage companies, and processed by using the Multiple -Regression Model. The research indicates that there is no impact for the foreign investment upon the palestinians companies listed at PSE, it is profitability, type and management style, it is services, marketing wise، and amounts of gross sales.
