Forming a Legitimate Verification Program at the Alms Bureau

This study deals with designing a legitimate verification program at the Alms Bureau, and establishing an Alms action, with its executive regulations suitable for the management of a Central Alms Bureau, with the verification man having the scientific characteristics to be able to supervise the central alms bureau and its local branches, and defining the implication deviations of the legitimate regulations approved by the legitimate council.
