Abstract: 

This study aimed at understanding the efficiency of the resources rooms for special needs in government schools from the headmasters, teachers of the resources rooms and educational counselors as perceived by resources rooms. assessing of the variables of sex, experience, qualifications and the position at the time of evaluation. The researchers conducted this study on all those who are listed above in Palestine. The researcher has designed a questionnaire of 75 items divided into five main domains: Sources rooms preparation, teaching aids and methods dimension, learning material, educational process, and behavioral dimension. The study has reached the following results: The total degree in the efficiency of sources rooms in government schools in Palestine, according to the population of the study was very good and the percentage was (78.02%) in all areas of the sources rooms, The rate of the efficiency from the perspective of males was higher than that of the females point of perspective in some areas like availability and equipment, learning materials, teaching course is going on. But for aids and Methods the rate of The efficiency of females, was higher than the males, The total rate in The efficiency of sources rooms for those who have less than five years’ experience reached (77.78%) while for those who have between (5 -10) years’ experience reached (78.34%) and for those who have more than (10) years’ experience reached (77.98%), and all the same time those who have a diploma qualification was(79.29%) and for those who have bachelor was (78.02%), and the rate of headmasters reached (78.57%) while for teachers was (77.8%) and for educational counselors was (77.63%). In light of the results of study, the researcher recommends the following: The ministry of Education should increase the number of sources rooms in south and north districts in Palestine, universities have to offer Special education specialization to teach those who are in need of it, Public organization should play a bigger role in dealing with those who need special care.
