Abstract: 

The present study aimed to identify the factors that limit Islamic Education Teachers practicing their expected roles in controlling students' behavior in the educational field, in addition to identify the effect of qualification and years of experience variables. To achieve this aim the researcher conducted this study on a random sample of (92%) of the study population, who were the teachers of Islamic education at secondary schools in Alqwuayiyah Governorate, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The researcher used the descriptive survey methodology in the present study. The researcher built the study tool (A questionnaire) consisted of (34) items covering three dimensions: factors that can be traced to the teachers, factors that can be traced to the educational and school administrations, and other factors (which is not teachers or educational and school administrations).           The study tool validity was measured by using the content validity method by presenting it to a jury of specialists in educational sciences and also to a group of people interested in controlling. The Reliability of the study tool was confirmed using the re-test method. The findings of the present study showed that: The factors that limit Islamic Education Teachers practicing their expected roles in controlling students' behavior in the educational field significantly are:    (Teachers don't  join specific courses in behavior remediation, teachers are busy explaining the lessons to finish the course, regulations and instructions that prevent certain types of punishment, too much classes during the day, and the large number of uncontrollable behavior among the school students). The findings showed also that, there were no statistically significant differences between Islamic Education Teachers in the factors that limit practicing their expected roles in controlling students' behavior in the educational field due to qualification or years of experience variables.
