Abstract: 

The present study aimed to identify the degree of administrative styles Practice of Heads of Sports Federation in Jordan. The sample of the study consisted of (70) members of the governing bodies during the year (2010). The researchers used the Descriptive Method. The results showed that there is a large degree the practice of two styles: the consultative democratic style and the participative democratic style. the researchers recommend Emphasis the continuity of behaviors of Jordanian heads of sports federations because they are democratic practices.
