Abstract: 
The aim of this study was to investigate the relationship between self-concept and the level of aspiration amongst professional soccer players in Palestine, In addition, to determine the differences in self-concept and aspiration according to the order of the club, qualification, playing position, experience, place of residence variables. To achieve this, the study was conducted on a sample of (140) players distributors to (7) clubs out of (12) clubs . approximately (48.61 %) of the study population, the researcher used the descriptive approach so as to suitability of the nature of the study and its questions . For data collection two questionnaires were developed , first one for measuring self –concept and the other for measuring aspiration, the primary form of two questionnaires consisted from (74) items, in order to answer questions of the study means, percentages , standard deviation Pearson correlation, One Way (ANOVA), AND Scheffes post-hoc test were used. The results of the study revealed the following: - The level of self-concept amongst professional soccer players in Palestine was moderate, where the percentage of the response was ( 69.0%). -The level of aspiration amongst professional soccer players in Palestine was low, where the percentage of the response was ( 56.8%). -There was a positive correlation between self-concept and the level of aspiration amongst professional soccer players in Palestine, where the value of Pearson correlation coefficient was ( 0.83 ). - There were a significant differences in self-concept amongst professional soccer players in Palestine due to the order of the club، qualification, experience, place of residence variables. While the results revealed a significant differences according to playing position variable. - There were a significant differences in aspiration amongst professional soccer players in Palestine due to playing position, qualification, experience, place of residence variables. While the results revealed a significant differences according to the order of the club variable. Based on the findings of the study the researcher recommended the coaches to increase attention for development of self-concept and aspiration amongst players.
