أثر الأزمة المالية العالمية على الإستثمارات المالية والحقيقية

Abstract: 

يهدف هذا البحث الى معرفة اثر الازمة المالية العالمية والتي حدثت في ايلول 2008 على الاقتصاد الاردني بشقيه المالي و الحقيقي وذلك من خلال المقارنة بين متوسطات العائد قبل وبعد الازمة ، وكان مجتمع البحث الشركات التي تستثمر اموالها في اصول مالية والشركات التي تستثمر اموالها في اصول حقيقية ، حيث بلغ حجم العينة خمس شركات تستثمر اموالها باصول مالية وخمس شركات تستثمر باصول حقيقية.
وكانت نتائج البحث تشير الى ان الازمة المالية العالمية كان لها تاثير سلبي على الاستثمارات المالية في حين ان الازمة المالية العالمية لم تؤثر على الاستثمارات الحقيقية.
وكان من النتائج ايضا ان الازمة المالية العالمية اثرت على بورصة عمان للاوراق المالية الا ان هذا التاثير كان طفيفا مقارنة مع اسواق المال العالمية حيث بلغت خسائر بورصة عمان للاوراق المالية بسبب الازمة 24.9 % وهذا يدل على عدم وجود ارتباط قوي بين بورصة عمان للاوراق المالية والاسواق المالية العالمية كما يدل ايضا على سلامة انظمة الرقابة والشفافية والافصاح في بورصة عمان للاوراق المالية.
