Abstract: 

حظيت مدينة نابلس بمكانة مرموقة عبر تاريخها، وقد كان لها حضور في أدب العصور الوسطى العربيّ والغربي، لأسباب متعددة، منها: مكانتها الدينية، فهي جزء من الأراضي المقدسة التي وفد إليها رحالة العصور الوسطى، ومرّ بها الرحالة المسلمون وهم يعبرون الطريق متوجهين إلى بيت المقدس، ومنها أنّها كانت موطن بعض الأدباء، ومحط أفئدتهم، فقالوا واصفين إيّاها، ومعبّرين عن حبهم لها، وشوقهم إليها وبخاصة حين كانوا يعيشون خارجها ن بعيدين عنها. وقد تعدد فنون الأدب التي تناولت هذه المدينة: الشعر، والسير، ولعلّ أكثر فن أدبي برزت فيه كان أدب الرحلة. يأتي هذا البحث لرصد هذه الفنون الأدبية، ولإلقاء الضوء على الصورة التي رسمتها لهذه المدينة.
