Abstract: 

This study provides a scenario to optimize factors activate the international initiatives to the challenges of conflict accelerated, which threaten international stability, which in turn reflected the reality of the conflict, but Islamic law adopts the initiative systematically a variety of purposes, hear and be guided found taken after the realistic payment dispute or Ahtdamh. Recognized international legislation of the Islamic seriousness of the threat resulting from the acceleration in the events tense, with the same perception urged Islamic Muslims to lose to stop the acceleration of the pace of the conflict and a return to stability, through the activation of positive initiatives of the driving wheel of international peace, and to bridge the gap dispute between the parties.
