Abstract: 

This research addressed the definition of Almstaghat (rewards, benefits and returns which come from hiring and producing and not from trade and sale) and their scope, their rules of zakat, the scientists’ opinions in addition to the closest one with evidence a long with discussing these opinions objectively. This study resulted in the necessity of Almstaghat Zakat which contains the ways of paying Zakat, supported by the different Islamic jurisprudence perspectives a long their evidence in this issue. Adding to the a foresaid, this study dealt with the conditions of paying Almstaghat Zakat with practical examples of how to pay it.
