Abstract:

This study aimed at investigating the predictive ability at the learning environment appearance of bullying at the private schools in Amman, and its difference of the variables of school location, gender and type of schools (Co-ed, Segregation). A stratified sample (N=1597) selected randomly according to the variables of the study. The researchers developed two instruments for data collection: one instrument covers the learning environment, and the other deals with bullying depending on the related literature.Findings showed positive medium correlation with statistical (sig 0,01) between the learning environment and bullying with a predictive ability which revealed that phenomenon .Results, also revealed a statistical significant Correlation at (sig 0, 01) between all variables and bullying phenomenon with some discrepancies Further, results showed discrepancies in the predictive ability of these variables: in the region variables were high, whereas was weak regarding gender, and regarding the variants system results showed nil ability. Accordingly the study recommends replanning the learning environment, assessing the learner personal needs, and planned advisement towards co-education.
