The theme of this research is to (zakat to relatives), which consists of a boot and three chapters and a conclusion. Boot explain the meaning of Zakat and distribution of its rule, and consists of two sections.

I: the definition of Zakat and its governance and the rule of legitimacy. and the second: the way the distribution of Zakat beneficiaries.

The first chapter talks about the privacy of relatives in Islam in the two sections.

I: Definition of relatives and stature, and the second: shows some provisions for relatives.

The second chapter talks about the privacy of relatives in the Zakat, which is composed of two sections:I: shows the privacy of relatives. The second: shows the controls to prevent relatives from Zakat.

Chapter III talks about the provisions of the Zakat on relatives, which consists of two sections:

I: special provisions various categories of relatives.

II: secondary rules of Zakat on relatives.And the conclusion stating the most important findings and recommendations of this research.
