This study aims at showing the Islamic judgment on some controversial new forms of marriage such as: Al-misyar, civil marriage, arranged marriage and friends marriage and other forms through showing the correct legal conditions of the marriage contract and it's elements and criteria in the light of the Islamic Fiqh and the law of the Palestinian Personal Status.

Of these forms, this study shows those which are in harmony with the Islamic Fiqh and the legal common contracts; however, of these forms of marriage, this study shows the illegality and the Islamic scholar's refusal of some forms of marriage.

As a matter of fact, the marriage contract of Islam is based on pietu and reserve to protect the family relationships ties form sins and haram and any possible disorders and tensions. It is of every male and female Moslem to be aware and cautious of any suspicion. This explains why Islam takes a lot of care concerning it as the strongest and deepest link. This study has given out some findings and recommendations that researcher considers in every detail.
