The research is constituted of three chapters, from which I identified the following proposition. In the first chapter I discussed, comprehensively, The Mental Enlightenment in The Holy Qur'an of this aspect. In the second chapter I discussed the effects of The Mental Enlightenment in The Holy Qur'an, and the elements of the powerful will and its strong bases in it. In the third chapter I discussed the concept of psychological war and the means used for the benefit of this war, in addition to the importance and objectives of this war and its effects on the souls, together with throwing light on some live spectacles and representative ones in pleasing pictures from the history of the companions of the prophet and his righteous followers and great leaders, and the extent of the moral excellence they had. From this research, I came out with many concepts, that ought to be available to the Moslem community for overcoming the enemies, together with making utmost effort to spread fear in their hearts to prohibit them from thinking of controlling the wealth and potentialities of the Islamic nation. I concluded my research by talking about the independence of peoples and the dangers of being dependent. May Allah guide me to success
