The Organizational Culture and its Relationship with knowledge Management at Al-Aqsa University for her Lecturer’s Point of View

The study aimed at identifying the current organizational culture at Al-Aqsa University and its relationship with knowledge management from university lecturers point of view. The researcher used the analytical descriptive approach owing to its suitability to this study. The researcher also used a questionnaire which has been adopted an a sample of(98) university lecturers. The study reached the following conclusions:
1) the current organizational culture at Al-Aqsa University as seen by lecturers is weak, with a relation weight of 57.76%.
2) The level of knowledge management at Al-Aqsa University as seen by lecturers is weak, with a relation weight of 59.10%.
3) Weakness of the level of knowledge management at Al-Aqsa University has a relationship with the weakness of the current organizational culture at Al-Aqsa University
