Abstract: 

The study aimed to determine the level of organizational health in the schools of general secondary education in Egypt, from the perspective of teachers, the study adopted descriptive analytical method based on identification of seven health organizational dimensions (institutional cohesion, administrative leadership,  its personal and legal methods, to influence the presidential to the Director, the provision of supporting resources, morale and human relations, emphasis on the academic aspects). Questionnaire was applied to a sample of (576) teachers and found that the level of organizational health in general secondary schools in Egypt, was the medium rate (65.4%) in the perceptions of teachers in their schools. As shown there are significant differences between the perceptions of teachers due to the variable of sex and experience, while there were no significant differences due to the variable of qualification and teaching specialization In the light of these results, the study reached the vision of improving health organizational schools of the general secondary education in Egypt, including: justifications, the most important features, and requirements for its implementation.
