Abstract: 

Gelet in this research on inspiration, and highlighted what distinguish it from other nearby terminology, Kaalraea, Aalfrash, and the divisions, and then presented to the doctrines of scientists in effect inspiration in favor Badltha provisions legitimacy, and then concluded, Judge Al-Murtada precincts doctrine as inspiration the provisions prohibited without other types of sentences, with the alert on the inadmissibility of violation of the provisions of inspiration Sharaa evidence.
