Abstract: 

This study aimed at assessing the Palestinian-Israeli negotiations and the armed resistance of Al-Aqsa Uprising and their consequences on the Palestine Question. The researcher reached the following findings: The Oslo Agreement and the subsequent agreements do not supply a solid ground to achieve peace and security in the Middle East region based upon Israeli occupation from the Palestinian territories occupied in 1967, and achieving independence and freedom for the Palestinian people. The political negotiations as a sole strategic option under American patronage biased to Israel do not form an appropriate instrument to achieve the required peace, Israel has exploited the negotiations and calming down to reduce the ceiling of the Palestinian demands and getting more political concessions, and for the duplication of settlement to create political events on the land which is difficult to surpass. On the other hand, the study concludes that the continuation of uprising led to the retreat of the settlement and to the occurrence of an opposite migration, and to the compulsion of Sharon
