Abstract: 

This study deals with the freedom of labor union within the Jordanian labor legislation, compared with the international standards, and highlights the emergence and development of freedom of labor union action on the national and international levels, and compare the reality of freedom of labor union action in Jordan with international standards in this regard to highlight the aspects of agreement and distinction, down to the results and recommendations that promote free labor union action at the national level, and in conformity with the provisions of international conventions related to the subject. And therefore this study has been divided into two chapters: Chapter I: the emergence and development of freedom of labor union action. Chapter II: The reality of freedom of labor union action in Jordan compared with international standards. And completed the search with conclusion, results including recommendations that we have reached.
