Abstract:

This research aimed at identifying the effect of proposed training program  on some anthropometric and physiological scales (body mass, indicator of body mass, skin folds thickness, vital capacity, resting heart rate, breathing times and diastolic and systolic blood pressure (among hearing impairment Football players in Alamal Association in Ibb Governorate. The sample of research consists of 19 football players. In one of his designs, the researcher used the experimental methodology (Pre and post test for one group). The proposed program lasted ten weeks; three training sessions per week so the period of each training unit is about 60-120 minutes. Statistical treatments were made by using means, standard deviation, percentages and Paired T. Test. The results indicated a significant improvement in all the anthropometric and physiological scales between pre and post tests for all the scales under research and in favor of the post test so the percentages for those scales as follows; (4.56%), (4.04%), (17.20%), (18.26%),(7.22%), (3.79%), (20.53%), (5.35%). The researcher recommends applying the proposed training program during training and preparation stages due to their positive results on theanthropometric and physiological scales.
