Abstract: 

This study aimed at identifying the effect of proposed training program to improve the level of physical Abilities (endurance, muscle strength, speed, Agility, and Flexibility of deaf Football players in Alamal Association in Ibb Governorate. The sample of study consists of 19 football players. The researcher used the experimental methodology in one of his designs (Pre and Post test for the one group). The proposed program lasted ten weeks, three training sessions per week; the period of the one training unit is about 60-120 minute. Statistical treatment was made by using arithmetic averages, standard deviation and percentage as well as T. Test for the related samples. The results indicated a significant improvement in physical abilities between the pre and Post test for all variables under study and for the  post measurement  in which the percentage of physical abilities were as follows: (%31.60), (%69.52), (%8.48), (%13.25), (%8.34), (%4.94), (%96.79). The researcher recommends application of the proposed training program during training and preparation phases due to their positive result on the physical changes.
