Abstract: 

This study aimed to identify the availability of the dimensions of learning organization of Al-Azhar institutes from the viewpoint of its employees and to detect differences in the responses of the sample according to the variables of (Type of job, education, gender, academic qualification and years of experiences), And in order to achieve the purposes of the study, descriptive survey method was used depending on the dimensions of the Learning Organization Questionnaire (DLOQ) for  the model of Maersk  & Watkins Which consisted of (43) items that were confirmed of Validity and reliability and its Coefficient reached (0¸91), then applied to a stratified random sample of workers at Al- Azhar institutes  was approximately  (443) for the academic year 2012/2013. The results of the study showed that all the dimensions of the scale have got a medium degree, and the differences were statistically significant at the level of (0.05) in the estimation of the degrees of the study sample is generally attributed to a variable type of job, education level, gender and academic qualification, While there was no statistically significant difference due to the variable years of experience.  In light of the results, the study suggested a number of recommendations and the most important of it is that Al- Azhar institutes adopt establishing the concept of learning organization for workers at Al- Azhar institutes, and to convert Al-Azhar institutes to learning organization as a strategic objective, beside increasing trend towards decentralization in decision-making, in addition to the development of proposals and relate the institutes by external environment.
